Youth Centres and Career Guidance Program

“To promote student achievement”

Young people live in a society in which creating sustainable career opportunities is complex. Guidance is crucial to support motivated, smart career-choices and prevent early leaving from education and training for a number of reasons. We at our Career Guidancefostered smart career choices and prevented early school leaving by providing the young boys and girls from rural villages, a career education and guidance to promote career management skills.

This has helped more than 150 young Boys and Girls- identify and engage young people especially the ones who are at risk of early leaving education. This hashelped them to prepare transitions to continue successfully on their pathway or to find a new one.The programme was implemented with our Local Individuals Donations and SPDS Contributions.
