Finding the difficulty in implementing and executing the projects in hired places for Capacity Building Programmes, Trainings, Orientations of the projects and to enhance organisational effectiveness. SPDS felt the need to have a Central and a One Stop Centre for all the project related activities Viz., Vocational Trainings for Women, Girls and Boys, After School Studies, Career Guidance and Job Placement Centre under one single roof and place.

To do it so, SPDS has already purchased 12100 square yard land (2.5 Acres) at Phanigiri Mandal to construct a Resource Centre, by name “Jeevadhara Training & Resource Centre” a Life-Transforming Centre. Also, to serve as a repository of information about Events, Activities and campaigns available to all the inhabitants and beneficiaries of Suryapet District.
